The Opportunity

Under direct supervision, the Meat Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, cleaning shelves and display cases, filling and rotating Meat Wrap displays, taking special orders, and coordinating with the Meat Cutter on items to be cut. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods. The working environment is fast-paced and requires physical effort such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling. Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
