Job Description

Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Airline Senior Supervisor. The Senior Supervisor leads airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high-quality standards.

  • Minimum 4 years airline supervisor experience preferred (5 years airline experience ideal)
  • Flexibility and ability to promote positive attitudes among staff
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, typing, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work varied hours

Specific Duties

  • Supervise staff directly and delegate workload
  • Provide customer relations support
  • Ensure operations adhere to schedules and service level agreements
  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff members
  • Analyze long-term manpower needs and develop future leaders
  • Implement cross-training and provide ongoing staff training
  • Manage attendance and shift coverage
  • Handle disciplinary issues and staff motivation
  • Process promotions, demotions, and terminations
  • Enforce safety, security, and grooming standards
  • Administer performance reward programs
  • Control labor costs and allocate resources efficiently

Essential Requirements

  • Previous airline experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
  • Computer literate
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 70 lbs as needed
  • Ability to read and comprehend policies, instructions, and procedures

Additional requirements include valid US work authorization, professional demeanor, flexible schedule, background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening on hire date.

Additional Information

Selected candidates will attend and complete management and airline product training. Shift times are to be determined, requiring flexible availability and reliable transportation. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview, with options for dental, vision, and 401K depending on experience.
