Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Improvement Initiatives: Connect with upper management regarding harmonization of business processes across the divisions, implement policy and process changes to drive service revenue and promote positive customer experiences, provide Regional Service Managers with solutions to improve processes, and collaborate to drive revenue recognition process improvements.
  • In-House Repair: Implement SFDC into the Repair Center process, oversee instrument repair scheduling, decrease turnaround time, and drive aging cases to close.
  • On-Site Service: Coordinate with Regional Service Managers for scheduling and customer requirements, ensure proper reporting, drive team development, and facilitate customer training and feedback collection.
  • Installation Planning and Coordination: Coordinate delivery and installation requirements with customers and internal teams, maintain installation paperwork, and establish feedback schedules.
  • Escalation Management: Attend escalation meetings and manage open service cases for quick resolution.
  • SFDC Data Management: Develop and monitor SFDC processes, ensure data accuracy, report KPIs, and drive case closures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts stock, report shortages, and coordinate with global planning for replenishment.

Qualifications

  • BSc in electronic or chemical engineering, with experience in high-performance analytical instrumentation service.
  • 5-7 years in service management with knowledge of service processes.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft environment, and PC networking.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel.

Salary range: $106,000 - $169,000, with benefits including 401(k), stock purchase, health plans, insurance, paid time off, and performance incentives.
