What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Identify and engage local/regional Centers of Influence (CIs)
Develop strategic Points of Access (POAs) with regional and national organizations
Conduct training focused on financial protection and holistic advice processes
Organize and host webinars to drive productivity
Assist in identifying potential mentors for the Agent Mentor Program (AMP) and engage Field Managers
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
Required licenses: Life, Health, Series 6, and 63
Thorough knowledge of Life Insurance sales, recruiting, and sales management systems
Understanding of marketing, prospecting, and recruiting techniques for market growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in the career agency model
Familiarity with sales cycles, core processes, and tools within the Agency environment
Strong community relationship-building skills
