The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a Seasonal Lobby Bartender in our South Tower of the Resort to join our amazing Team!

Hours: PM Shifts - Thursday, Friday and Saturday, including holidays

Our Seasonal Positions are from February 2025 - September 2025

Lobby Bartender takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:

To mix and serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction, and to act as cashier for the Lobby bar.

Supportive Functions

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:

  • Attend mandatory meetings.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor such as assisting security with disorderly guests.
  • Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers
