• The candidate must have open availability to work mornings, evenings and overnights for lobby or loading dock work. Must have weekend availability as well. The amount of hours will vary based on site needs.
• Must have weekday availability to attend interview, onboarding and training if hired
• Competitive hourly wage starting at $23.29 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Must be able to stand and walk to do patrols!
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Computer skills (Outlook, visitor management, and access control)

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Two years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• State license if required
• CPR/First Aid
• Access control and customer service experience
• You must be at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements
• Active DC guard card
