Overview

Part-time Overnight Shift Lobby Attendant role at Concord Hospitality Enterprises. Our lobby attendant is responsible to maintain the lobby and public space areas, as assigned by management, in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures in a safe, accident-free manner.

Responsibilities

• Overall cleanliness of lobby areas: Clean fingerprints off glass doors and registration desk; run vacuum cleaner.
• Public restrooms: Clean sink, toilet, mop floor; replenish supplies as needed.
• Pool area: Replenish supplies, take out trash, clean glass doors, and remove residue from tables; check water level in the spa and bromine level.
• Exercise room: Clean mirrors, wipe equipment, take out trash, run vacuum cleaner, clean glass doors.
• Water flowers for the exterior of the hotel (if applicable).
• Guest laundry: Clean washer/dryer, tables, mop floor as needed; assist with excessive laundry when required.
• General cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and Associate break room; clean sinks, toilets, mop floors, replenish toilet paper and paper towels.
• Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in resolving guest complaints concerning the Maintenance Department.
• Deliver cribs, roll-away beds, and related items to suites as requested; record deliveries in logs at the Front Desk.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• Answer guest questions regarding Residence Inn and local area facilities and services.
• Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.

Pay and Hours

Pay: $16 per hour

Hours: 11pm–6am
