Job Description - Overview: Looking for experienced retail store managers that foster teamwork in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Starting salary range: $70,200 to $83,200 plus bonus annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations, ensuring strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Deliver daily results and execute corporate directives; act as a hands-on, decisive leader.
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor team members to grow store performance.
• Own the business outcomes within the store, coordinating with district/region leadership.
