Job Summary: Responsible for assigning Agents to flights or other locations in the airport, and for maintaining the control room environment, time clock, inventory records, distribution, and maintenance of Avtech devices. Responsibilities

  • Assign team members to activities to ensure safe on-time arrivals and departures.
  • Distribute Avtech devices to all team members for passenger tracking and research.
  • Perform daily inventory of devices, ensure all devices are accounted for, and report discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot devices that are not functioning properly and report out-of-service devices.
  • Ensure devices are adequately charged at all times.
  • Ensure time clocks are operable and escalate related issues as needed.
  • Provide right of access to the Control Room.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience for this position.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to constantly lift/move up to 70 lbs; frequently lift/move weights greater than 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend.
  • Working conditions: Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
  • Must be able and willing to work in outside weather conditions and in an office-bound environment as needed.
