Job Overview
We’re seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join a cutting-edge Financial Technology company as part of the Protect Squad. This is a mid-senior level position for professionals with deep expertise in at least two or more cybersecurity domains such as Cloud, Network, Data Protection, Container, or Endpoint Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SME for cybersecurity capabilities across multiple domains.
• Provide L3/L4 support for complex issues involving cybersecurity technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and implement new cybersecurity technologies and security playbooks.
• Drive automation and AI/ML improvements to reduce manual efforts.
• Keep assigned security technologies up to date with patches and feature sets.
• Lead initiatives aligned with the Protect Squad strategy.
• Promote a security-first mindset and ensure risk mitigation through proper controls and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Cybersecurity experience with specialization in at least two domains:
• Cloud/Container Security: Kubernetes, CNAPP tools, GitOps, IaC, CI/CD security.
• Data Protection: DLP, Database Activity Monitoring, CASB.
• Network Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SASE, Secure Web Gateways.
• Endpoint Security: EDR, NGAV, DLP, endpoint firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native security and automation in CI/CD environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, or equivalent.
