Cybersecurity Analyst

Looking for a dynamic opportunity in cybersecurity? This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) while contributing to security audits, compliance reporting, and monitoring system infrastructure. You'll play a key role in strengthening security policies, assessing risks, and responding to threats across a global team.

This is a Direct/Permanent Hire role that will require a hybrid work schedule in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security operations, including incident response and system audits.
• Generate reports on risks, compliance, KPIs, and security control effectiveness.
• Support security awareness initiatives and ensure adherence to policies.
• Conduct security assessments for projects and recommend improvements.
• Document system functionalities and train staff on security practices.
• Assist with business continuity processes and maintain vendor relationships.
• Participate in rotational out-of-hours support coverage.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have previous professional experience in cybersecurity operations with expertise in incident response, vulnerability management, and administering Microsoft systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms , virtualization, and scripting.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 standards, ITIL principles, and data center technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, networking expertise, and project management experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or endpoint protection credentials are a plus.
