About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity to lead the strategic development and execution of the organization's cybersecurity program. This senior executive will be responsible for aligning security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements, as well as managing a high-performing cybersecurity team. The role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, business unit heads, and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the business. The VP of Cybersecurity will also be at the forefront of incident response and crisis management, and will be expected to stay abreast of the latest cyber threats and industry trends to continuously improve the cybersecurity program. Candidates for the VP of Cybersecurity position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in cybersecurity, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in security technologies, cloud security, and threat intelligence, as well as a proven track record in risk management and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to balance security with business goals and innovation.
