Cybersecurity Engineer III page is loaded## Cybersecurity Engineer IIIremote type: Hybrid or in officelocations: Lone Tree, COtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0028166As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.**Responsibilities:*** Design, test, and implement controls to secure engineering application* Management of CMMC compliance for applications and systems* Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments* Writing and developing SSPs (Systems Security Plans), POA&Ms (Plans of Action and Milestones), and other process or security-related documentation as required* Actively communicate compliance and security requirements in both written and verbal format* Advise on CMMC best practices in alignment with NIST 800-171* Collaborate with engineers and cybersecurity professions* Coordinate compliance and security-related activities between different stakeholders**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience* Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and administering a variety of networks, OSs, and applications* Strong knowledge and experience administering a variety of current Microsoft platforms* In-depth understanding of domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures**Qualifications We Prefer:*** In-depth understanding of CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-172, NIST 800-53* ISSM, CISSP, CCP/CCA* Security +, Network +* Other relevant certifications* Experience implementing compliance baselines (CIS, STIG, etc.), running compliance validation scans (SCAP, Nessus, etc.), and developing SSPs (System Security Plans) and POA&M (Plan of Action and Milestones) or similar information system documentation.This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
