POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support cybersecurity efforts by contributing to the deployment and upkeep of secure technologies, helping safeguard critical data and systems. Aid in reducing security risks and enhancing operational resilience through practical, cost-conscious solutions.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Security: Support the protection of information systems and data against potential threats by implementing and maintaining recovery strategies, contingency plans, and proactive monitoring. Utilize departmental procedures, filters, and reporting tools to analyze usage trends and drive continuous security enhancements.
Equipment Reliability - Provide Maintenance support to the Operating Unit which will enable the Unit to achieve smooth operation, manufacture high-quality products and avoid unscheduled process interruptions. This will be achieved by utilizing best practices, bench marking, planning, failure-root cause analysis, initiation and development of continuous improvement techniques, maintenance procedures, practices and processes.
Performance - Enhance effectiveness by reducing unscheduled repairs and increasing the percentage of planned and scheduled maintenance activities. Collaborate closely with Operations and IT to prioritize equipment based on criticality and ensure standby systems are available for key assets.
Collaboration- Integrate and utilize cross-functional Internal Contacts and External Contact resources to impact Department goals and results optimally.
Project Management: Coordinate the implementation of departmental projects by managing schedules and resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of engineering projects while maintaining alignment with cost and quality expectations.
THM – Promote cleanliness and order through the implementation of the Total House Keeping Maintenance Program. Emphasize Nothing Touch Ground program and No Visual Pollution program. Maintain the plant in like new condition.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Related Experience Required
Dependent upon education; a minimum of one (1) to five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity; or Information Technology (IT) systems with 250+ users; or Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity
Technical Skills Required to Perform This Job
Network design and implementation.
Complementary information system quantitative analysis and mathematical skills.
Project oversight and construction management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of five (5) years of direct job-related experience is required; or an Associate’s degree with three (3) years of direct job-related experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of direct job-related experience.
