Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities: target ideal customer profiles within designated territory, focusing on a comprehensive IT, cybersecurity, marketing, and digital transformation solutions.
- Solve business problems: conduct discovery, multi-stakeholder alignment, and executive briefings to address organizational needs in IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Marketing.
- Drive innovation: present and evaluate solution options to align with decision-makers.
- Become a trusted business advisor: deliver executive-level presentations and demonstrations, and construct a long-term Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Business Development: proactively prospect and secure new accounts, leveraging a dedicated SDR and strategic outreach; apply expertise across IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, AI, and marketing to close high-value deals.
- Consultative selling: understand clients' objectives and challenges, articulate alternative perspectives, and challenge the status quo.
- Solution selling: collaborate with technical and support teams to develop customized solutions.
- Pipeline management: manage the sales pipeline from lead to close with accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
- Thought leadership & market intelligence: stay informed about trends in IT, cybersecurity, marketing, AI, and digital transformation; serve as a subject matter expert and guide the organization on industry needs.
- Team collaboration: work with sales engineers, consultants, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Sales technology stack: use our technologies (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesLoft, 6sense, etc.) to build targeted cadences and pipelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, marketing, business consulting, or related field
- Prior experience as Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, or similar role focusing on new business
- Proven success navigating multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles (6+ months)
- Experience engaging with and influencing senior executives (CIO, CMO, COO, CFO, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, 6sense or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors in compensation decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000.00-$280,000.00, plus the potential to participate in bonus plans and uncapped commissions.
