Valiant Harbor International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analytics Lead to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Office of Information Technology and Data Innovation (ITDI). This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel possible. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned cybersecurity professional with experience in developing metrics and evaluating the performance of cybersecurity programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ARPA-H CISO with measuring the effectiveness of the agency’s cybersecurity program.
- Develop and maintain metrics for evaluating all aspects of the agency’s cybersecurity program.
- Leverage available capabilities and propose new solutions for visualizing and reporting established cybersecurity metrics.
- Manage all metrics-related data calls and efforts, including the FISMA CIO Metrics Quarterly Data Call, annual HHS data calls, and CISA CDM Metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required; Master’s degree desired.
- Seven (7) to 10 years of cybersecurity experience required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of program management, including experience with developing and evaluating metrics regarding cybersecurity programs.
- CISSP or CISM certification highly desired (but not required).
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
Clearance Requirements
Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
