We are seeking a Managing Director with traditional investmentbanking DNA and a sharp edge for innovation someone who can buildand lead our Crypto & Blockchain Investment Banking franchise.This is a career-defining opportunity to take full ownership of ahigh-growth vertical at a full-service platform with robust resources,institutional support, and significant revenue participation.

This role is open to candidates throughout the United States, whowill report into either our New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles,or Chicago offices.

What Youll Do:

• Lead origination and execution of M&A and capital raisetransactions ($50M$500M+) for top-tier and emerging companies inblockchain, DeFi, digital asset infrastructure, fintech, and tokenization
• Serve as strategic advisor to C-suite executives, crypto-nativefounders, and institutional investors navigating growth, capitalstrategy, and disruption
• Build and deepen client relationships across crypto-native firms,blockchain VCs, hedge funds, family offices, and digital asset managers
• Drive deal teams from pitch through close, while recruiting andmentoring top junior talent
• Represent Wedbush at major conferences and media outlets as athought leader in digital asset banking
• Collaborate across the firm from research and sales to trading to offer full-stack solutions to innovative clients

Experience and Skills

What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of investment banking experience at a leading global orboutique IB platform required
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex, high-profiletransactions M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory
• Direct experience or deep interest in blockchain, digital assets,or frontier technologies
• A strong personal network of institutional investors, VCs, PEfirms, and fintech operators
• Advanced expertise in corporate finance, valuation, modeling, andtransaction structuring
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 required; Series 24 a plus
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset, leadership presence, and the driveto build something industry-defining

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague's and the firm's performance.
