Overview

Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management role at V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. Location: Los Angeles, California.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the IAM team in engineering and operations to support the firm’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program strategy.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and compliant identity services while collaborating with IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Guide delivery, coach team members, remove blockers, and align initiatives with the broader IAM program direction.
• Lead IAM/IGA engineering and operations teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
• Partner with the Director of IAM/IGA to define strategic roadmaps, align initiatives with business priorities, and deliver measurable results.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence product roadmaps to meet firm needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and Security to design identity architectures and workflows that balance security with user experience.

Responsibilities

• Role is central to ensuring secure, efficient identity services and driving collaboration with IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, Okta/SailPoint certifications) preferred;
• 10+ years in Identity & Access Management or related cybersecurity roles;
• Experience delivering large-scale identity initiatives in an Agile environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven leadership experience managing both engineering and operations teams;
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts: authentication protocols, federation, RBAC, lifecycle management, and PAM;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Technology Stack (Current & Future)

Current: SailPoint (IGA)

Planned/Future: Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk)

Supporting Technologies: Active Directory/LDAP, authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), MFA, APIs/integrations.
