What You’ll Do

• Process administrative tasks such as new account openings, account maintenance, and service requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Prepare and coordinate client meeting materials
• Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and communication workflows
• Ensure data entry and document handling is accurate and secure
• Provide timely and professional support to both clients and internal team members

Who You Are

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (financial industry experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks
• A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and in a team
• Familiar with industry tools like Redtail, Morningstar, Albridge, Envestnet, or NeX360 (a plus, but not required)
• Notary certification is a bonus

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong client service mindset and professionalism
• Interest in a long-term career in the financial services industry
• Recent grads with internship or administrative experience are encouraged to apply
