General Job Qualifications:

• Need to be familiar with various aspects of construction and maintenance: Framing, sheetrock, painting, tile work, concrete, flooring, ceiling tile grid, light plumbing, etc.
• A self-starter who can communicate effectively with clients, deliver professional results, and take pride in their work.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Comfortable working on solo projects and on a team.
• Must have transportation and a valid state-issued driver's license.
