One of our telecom clients is seeking assistance with migrating their healthcare clients from Genesys to Avaya. Current Genesys setup includes API calls used for patient eligibility authentication and IVR interactions. The role involves converting an exiting Genesys design into Avaya.

Responsibilities

• Assist with migrating healthcare clients from Genesys to Avaya.
• Review and work with an existing Genesys setup that uses API calls for patient eligibility authentication (self-serve by callers in India for US patients).
• Coordinate with IVR and agent groups as needed (transfer to an agent group).
• Convert the existing Genesys design documents into Avaya specifications and implementation.

Qualifications

• Very good experience with Avaya migrations.
• Experience with Genesys to Avaya migrations and related design documents.
• Familiarity with IP-based contact center components, API integrations, IVR, and LumenVox (speech-related components) a plus.
• Ability to work remotely; long-term contract engagement.
