Overview

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., is a multi-office national defense firm seeking Georgia licensed attorneys with civil litigation defense experience for our Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years civil litigation experience, preferably with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare motions
• Cover hearings
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions
• Handle files from opening to close
• Open to hiring attorneys with the right experience throughout the state of Georgia

• Draft and respond to discovery related motions
• Regularly attend court appearances
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
• Draft motions for summary judgment
• 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
