You’ll manage and inspire a top-performing team while overseeing daily operations and overall business performance. This role focuses on uncovering growth opportunities, implementing strategies to strengthen sales effectiveness, and partnering with producers to drive both new and renewal business. The ideal candidate has a proven history of leading sales teams in the insurance industry and a passion for developing talent and achieving measurable results.
