Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet & Delivery Team and help optimize delivery financial and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leaders across multiple Field and Field Support functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Field Operations, etc.) to streamline processes, enhance controls, and deliver actionable insights supporting the success of our delivery business.

Join our team as a Fleet Coordinator reporting to the Sr. Manager, Fleet & Delivery Strategy. This role is based at our headquarters in Roswell, GA with options for in office, hybrid, or remote work. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring up to one day per week onsite at the Roswell office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review, code, and process fleet-related invoices in compliance with accounting and departmental standards.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of costs across departments and projects.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and process asset transfers between locations, departments, and systems.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of asset disposals, including documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with vendors to facilitate asset sales, returns, or recycling in accordance with company policies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors supporting asset disposals and sales.
  • Assist in negotiating terms, maintaining contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize cost and service delivery.
  • Support day-to-day operations within the ServiceNow platform related to fleet and asset management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow enhancements, and reporting improvements.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement and test system changes.

Skills We Are Seeking

Education & Experience:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in fleet management and/or asset management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise asset/workflow management platforms preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • General knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • A track record of providing superior customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Proven ability to communicate across multiple levels within an organization.
