Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join their team. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Services Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
• Install, configure, support, and maintain hardware and operating system solutions.
• Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
• Monitor the environment for potential system issues and resolve appropriately.
• Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience in troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues.
• Knowledge of Windows PC operating systems and software maintenance.
• Ability to create system documentation, testing, training, and post-deployment assessments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
