Position Overview

The Assistant Technology and Facilities Manager plays a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting simulators, technology systems, and venue infrastructure to ensure a seamless guest experience. Reporting to the Technology and Facilities Manager, this role provides hands-on support for technical challenges, assists in managing vendor partnerships, and helps oversee the facilities team to maintain a high-functioning venue environment. The role involves ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all technology and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining simulators and technology systems through routine checks and troubleshooting.
• Support the Technology and Facilities Manager in coordinating with technology partners.
• Help maintain venue infrastructure, including lighting, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Provide updates on technical and facility status to stakeholders.
• Support team training on technology systems and facility operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement of supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of systems.
• Assist with team scheduling, performance tracking, and development opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a managerial technical support or maintenance role in a guest-facing environment.
• Ability to support technology and facility operations in a fast-paced venue.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Physical & Additional Requirements

Must be able to perform duties involving sitting, talking via video and phone, hearing, manipulating objects, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in varied environments, and standing/walking for extended periods. Frequent hand washing and sanitation are required.

Compensation & Details

Salary: $50,000/year
