We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage financial health and reporting for our schools, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Financial Guardianship: You'll prepare and post critical financial entries, from payroll to monthly recurring journals. You'll assist with budget preparation and analysis.
• Problem-Solver: You'll reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve financial inquiries from school staff. You'll research and analysis the financials for posting errors.
• Strategic Partner: You won't just generate reports; you'll help school leaders interpret them to make informed decisions.
• Team Player: You'll collaborate on special projects and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization.

Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s degree in accounting or equivalent experience with at least one year of bookkeeping or public accounting.
• A strong grasp of GAAP accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
• A commitment to producing high-quality work with a keen eye for detail.
