Asure Software is hiring: HCM Sales Executive - Philadelphia in Cherry Hill Town

Overview

HCM Sales Executive - Philadelphia role at Asure Software. This remote position supports field sales in the Philadelphia, PA / Cherry Hill, NJ area. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to PA or NJ for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and expand the value of the Asure solution.
• Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to penetrate the market.
• Create high-impact presentations highlighting the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage sales and client services activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience selling Payroll and/or HR software solutions
• Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience
• Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
• Proven relationship-building and client service skills
• Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results
• Pro-active, results-oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools (e.g., GoToMeeting, Webex)
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 with an OTE of $116,000 and an uncapped commission plan. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package.
