Overview

Outside Sales Representative - New Philadelphia Region. The position is the face of Omni Fiber, selling residential services door-to-door and increasing the subscriber base in the New Philadelphia area (Wooster, New Philadelphia, Dover, Strasburg). The territory is regional and may change based on business needs. Comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face residential sales presentations to engage homeowners and showcase Omni Fiber's products and services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow scheduled hours: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to change).
• Comply with company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver\'s license, acceptable driving record, and required auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones).
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. Travel reimbursements per IRS rates.

Pay and Benefits

• Base pay range: $87,000.00/yr – $105,000.00/yr.
• Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
• 401(k) with employer matching up to 4%.
• Paid Time Off: 15 days; Holidays: 8 days; Floating Holidays: 3 days.

This role is accountable for growing Omni Fiber customers within the New Philadelphia region. Territory includes Wooster, New Philadelphia, Dover, and Strasburg; may change based on business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills.
