Janney is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Acquisition Associate whose sole mission is to drive lead generation and top-of-funnel engagement. This role is entirely focused on initiating contact with prospective clients who have shown interest through our marketing channels, qualifying their needs, and guiding them toward meaningful conversations with our Director of Client Development and Advisors directly.

This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, understands the financial services landscape, and is motivated by results.

Client Service - you are a client-centric communicator with strong communication skills.

Organization and Time Management - able to complete multiple tasks under frequent time constraints.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients generated through various channels.
Initiate timely outreach via phone, email, text, and other means of communication to engage prospects and understand their financial goals and needs.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and track patterns to improve lead scoring and lead prioritization.
Clearly articulate the firm's value proposition and guide prospects to schedule exploratory conversation.
Provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams on lead quality and trends to help refine acquisition strategies.
Collaborate closely with Client Engagement leadership to ensure seamless handoff and client experience.
Build and maintain structured lead databases and outreach cadences in the Salesforce CRM.
Track performance metrics and report weekly lead generation activity and outcomes.
What you have:

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client-facing or sales support role (e.g., retail banking, advisory support, client service, or business development).
Strong understanding of financial products, investment basics, and the value of comprehensive financial advice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, empathetic approach.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
