We are seeking a growth-minded Glaucoma / Cataract Surgeon to join our renown team of 6 MD and 4 OD at Matossian Eye Associates. We have 3 state-of-the-art offices in Doylestown, PA, Hamilton, NJ and Hopewell, NJ. This role will likely serve the Doylestown, PA and Hopewell, NJ offices. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care. As part of a nationally recognized vertically integrated network, our subspeciality ophthalmic practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. We have the best of academia mixed with the best of private practice.

- Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.

- Multiple ongoing Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials across the platform.
- Effective guidance on referral relationship development and practice building.
- Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.).
- Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
