Overview

We are hiring for a Psychologist in Indianapolis, IN. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete 17-20 evaluations in a given month. Administrative scheduling support is provided.
• Typically hybrid work: 3 days in office with face-to-face interactions and 2 days for report writing and administrative time.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MA or MS) in clinical psychology, school psychology, or a related field.
• Passed the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and licensed to practice in the applicable state.
• Clinical training/background in early intervention programs and experience administering multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2).

Compensation

• Salary range 110-135K
• Bonus for any evaluation conducted over 17 evaluations in a month (e.g., 18 evaluations receive a bonus, 19 evaluations a larger bonus, etc.).
