The role focuses on serving as the official face of Fidelity, delivering integrity and honesty to inspire client dedication and develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance and all front lobby transactions; identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
• Assist and engage with clients to deliver rewarding interactions and support Fidelity’s client base daily.
• Act as a technology champion for the branch, adopting and sharing new tools with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service, phone, or financial services experience is helpful for this role.
• Banking, insurance, or financial experience is a strong addition.
• Support for learning FINRA licensing material and working to obtain the Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you don’t have a CFP or degree, Tuition Reimbursement is available to help obtain one.
• Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients; aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities.
• Remarkable attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Being coachable, collaborative, and curious are valued attributes.
• Certifications: Series 07 - FINRA, Series 66 - FINRA.
