Veterinary Receptionist - Indianapolis, IN

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team.

Our veterinary receptionists are integral to our daily operations by:

Warmly and professionally greet ing clients and their pets
Answer ing phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
Maintain ing accurate and up-to-date patient and client records
Process ing invoices, payments, and client communications
Work ing closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations

Successful candidates will have:

A love for animals and helping people
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is preferred
