Part-Time General Oncologist in Indianapolis Job at Direct Jobs in Indianapolis

IU Health is seeking a General Oncologist to join our practice in the Indianapolis area. Locations will include our CICC Methodist, CICC Fishers, the IU Health Joe & Shelly Schwarz Cancer Center, and CICC East.

• Part-time employment opportunity for general adult oncology patients
  • 30 hours per week
  • Includes full benefits
• 100% clinical
• 75% outpatient, 15% inpatient
• At least 8 weekends of call annually (inpatient)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent judgment in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulate treatment plans, and lead the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
• Oversee the team, residents, and medical students in their assigned duties
• Provide medical education and coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
• Participate in clinical research projects in collaboration with the medical research department

• Must be BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology
