Office Assistant

$20-$22/hour (flexible based on experience)

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy department in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments across multiple locations
  • Enter customer service requests and manage documentation using internal systems
  • Communicate with technicians to gather details and relay updates
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts using templates and spreadsheets
  • Order materials from various vendors and track deliveries
  • Assist with customer follow-ups, including payment collection and checks
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools
  • Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success
  • In-office role with a collaborative and supportive team
  • Opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities
  • Training provided on internal systems and product knowledge
