This position ensures a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering and directing phone calls, scanning and filing documents, and managing office supplies.* Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and communications; relay updates and information to relevant staff.* Coordinate office setup and onboarding for new employees, including preparation of workspaces and orientation materials.* Assist with basic HR support functions such as maintaining employee records, distributing HR communications, and scheduling interviews.* Prepare and submit expense reimbursement reports.* Organize and facilitate in-office meals, events, and reservations.* Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations.* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.* Draft internal communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.* Support meeting preparation, including scheduling, materials, and setup.* Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces such as the kitchen/breakroom and mailroom.* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.* Perform other duties as assigned to support office and HR operations.* Regular on-site attendance is required to effectively carry out responsibilities.**Required Skills and Abilities:*** Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Required.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.* Dependable and punctual with consistent office hours.* Familiarity with basic HR/Payroll processes is a plus.* Must be able to climb stairs as part of routine duties; office location requires stair access.Swiss Krono OR is an equal opportunity employer.
