Position Overview
The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for customers and partners, providing professional support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner.
Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
Assist customers with product pick-ups and provide clear instructions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Previous phone and/or email communication experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry).
