Description

The Office Assistant will support the warehouse management team by handling various administrative tasks such as following up on projects and placing orders.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting office managers with daily tasks and paperwork
  • Ordering placards and preparing projects for inspection
  • Managing calendars and updating projects within our CRM system
  • Communicating with field personnel and account management
  • Scheduling work for projects and ensuring their progression, especially when a manager is out of the office
  • Providing support to each warehouse as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
