We are seeking a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. Responsibilities include responding to complaints and questions promptly and courteously, implementing office standards to improve efficiency, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, marketing, answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and other tasks related to the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities

  2. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely responses

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs to provide efficient front-desk service
  • Previous experience in office management or relevant industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for customer interaction
  • Ability to complete detailed work quickly and accurately
