This position will be a critical and unique opportunity within the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a dealership office. As the Office Assistant, you will work as part of an experienced team in a friendly office environment. You will have the benefits and convenience of a consistent work schedule with no weekends and flexible hours.

Hours & Pay

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
  • Pay range of $16-$20/hour depending on experience

Key Office Responsibilities

  • Reconcile tills
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Miscellaneous office jobs as needed

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of cash handling

  • Computer skills including email, web-based apps, Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
