Duration: ~7 months to start; this is a temp to perm role
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour W2
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; 8 or 9am start (flexible)
- Assists managers with administrative and clerical functions. Communicates with vendors supporting various merchants.
- Coordinates travel arrangements for merchants and manages vendor and agent visits at the home office.
- Monitors and edits domestic and import purchase orders, following up on allocations and late shipments.
- Interfaces with all levels of management and communicates with internal and external contacts regularly.
- Creates and maintains spreadsheets to monitor weekly merchant spend as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in office support, assistance, retail operations, or recent college graduate.
- High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
