Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front office duties
- Answer phones and route calls as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Record medical charts and correspondence accurately
- Ensure an efficient and effective flow of patients, information and communication
- Create a positive and lasting impression on patients
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Two or more years in the dental profession preferred
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
