Chilson Beach is hiring: Office Assistant - Temporary in Bozeman

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer service-oriented Temporary Office Assistant to support daily front office operations. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Status: Temporary, Full-Time | Duration: 1-3 months, with potential extension

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm

Pay: $22-25/hr, eligible for benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
• Assemble orientation packets and other informational materials
• Create, organize, maintain files – paper and electronic
• Access ADP to enter basic new employee data (training will be provided)
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
• Other responsibilities as determined

Minimum Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Friendly and approachable with a commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
