Culligan Water is seeking an energetic, positive, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to support our Belleville location. In this role you will assist customers with various requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions, communicate with other employees and departments, and provide assistance to support company-wide goals to exceed customers’ expectations.

Culligan of Belleville is a successful dealership within the Packard Culligan franchise group. Packard Culligan has been family-owned and operated for nearly 80 years. Culligan is a leader in commercial and residential water treatment and filtration systems, providing water solutions to local customers.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers about our products and services
• Address water quality questions (general knowledge)
• Handle payments, invoices, and collections
• Schedule deliveries and service appointments
• Coordinate with other departments and dealerships as needed to support goals

Qualifications

• Amazing communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Desire to become a “water treatment expert” through training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation
• Ability to work well in a team with a friendly personality
• Willingness to coordinate a large administrative/accounting function within the dealership
