Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Performs all duties in the restaurant as needed.
  • Ensures the company's processes are completed and followed daily.
  • Maintains all training and certification materials of the company.
  • Prepares the restaurant for each shift following the company's Pledge and all handbook policies.
  • Monitors service standards and dining times throughout each shift.
  • Has a hands-on approach to teamwork and can assist associates in their functions.
  • Monitors seating rotation and capacity to ensure smooth running and equitable shifts.
  • Understands department goals and action plans to achieve them.
  • Monitors associates using weekly forecasts and staffing guides.
  • Maintains all associate documentation and submits them timely.
  • Performs REX, RAPs, and reviews for all assigned associates.
  • Ability to monitor restaurant operational procedures and adjust as needed to ensure the best experience for guests and associates.

Requirements

Job and Immigration Requirements

  • Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship.
  • Possess Cedula Professional (not in process). Degree must be in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Possess Titulo Universitario and grades (not in process). Degree must be in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1.5 years of validity.
  • No previous immigration issues.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to relocate to the U.S.
  • Fluency in English.

Salary & Benefits

  • Average gross salary of $50,000 USD per year.
