Job Description for Restaurant Manager role located at Treasure Coast Plaza in Vero.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma and 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
• Current Manager ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain it by the end of training
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving history
• Flexible and long hours at times
• Ability to stand for entire shift and exert up to 50 pounds
• Capability to maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen areas
• Proficiency in operating all front and back office computer systems and equipment
• Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, crouch, lift, stand, sit, twist, and communicate effectively
