Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 (Commensurate with salary history and experience) + strong benefits, bonus potential, and relocation assistance
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all FOH and BOH operations
- Lead, train, and develop all restaurant staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management
- Manage all forms of P&L and financial reporting
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Experience managing restaurants with $3 million+ in annual volume
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Hands-on manager with excellent communication abilities
- Highly professional with an outgoing, energetic personality
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
