A well-established hospitality management company is seeking the Restaurant Manager for their full-service casual concept in downtown Topeka, KS. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 (Commensurate with salary history and experience) + strong benefits, bonus potential, and relocation assistance

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all FOH and BOH operations
• Lead, train, and develop all restaurant staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Drive sales and profitability through effective management
• Manage all forms of P&L and financial reporting

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience
• Experience managing restaurants with $3 million+ in annual volume
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on manager with excellent communication abilities
• Highly professional with an outgoing, energetic personality
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
