Overview

We are looking for the best fine dining leaders in the Naples area. Our restaurant managers play a key role in delivering our core values of Culinary Excellence, Sustainable Seafood, Southern Hospitality, Company Culture, and Philanthropy. This is a leadership role within the restaurant management team, reporting to the General Manager.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

• Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager leads multiple departments and assists the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional hospitality, maintaining high standards of service, and upholding the company values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership-type role within the high-end restaurant industry.
• Previous hospitality experience with a proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
• High energy, talent, and drive consistent with a General Manager-level mindset.
