Our restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Train and manage restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  2. Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation
  3. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  4. Oversee customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  5. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
  6. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  7. Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and specials

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and train a diverse team
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Understanding of financial management principles
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this position.
